INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION ACT (VSBG)
Consumers (§ 13 of the German Civil Code) can apply to the Energy Conciliation Board for a conciliation procedure to settle disputes. A prerequisite for the implementation of the dispute resolution procedure is that our customer service was first called and no mutually satisfactory solution was found.

We are obliged to participate in the arbitration procedure. Furthermore, we do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before any other consumer arbitration board.
